Most of you know I provide daycare for Libby, my niece, but what you might not know is that Casey provides a daily workout for her. He's the spinning instructor. Check out this video and you will see what I mean...

I bet Libby actually enjoys that. And I think the really "strong individual" is you, Katie, for being able to keep up with three kids under the age of three! LOL I could not do it.
Sarah, Usually you pay for the gym membership and get daycare free, it's the opposite here. No extra charge for the exercise.
