Not Much To Say...

Hello everybody. I finally had enough time (and computer access) to be able to get on the blog and say hi. I really don't have a whole lot going on right now, we've just been running alot of missions. The past week has been almost one a day. That's about it, to make the blog interesting, I will list all the places I have traveled to in Iraq...Al Taqaddumm, Habaniya, Balad, Baghdad International Airport, Fallujah, Al Asad, and several small posts west of Ramadi, including one that is on the Syrian border. This picture is from two nights ago, as we were preparing to roll out on a convoy. Hope this catches everybody up on what I've been doing (not much, really). Hope the home front is doing well!
Matt

Good hearing from you Matt!
All is well on the home front, we had a great visit with your beautiful and wife and handsome son. We enjoyed getting re-acquainted with your Casey Lee, what a great little boy he is.
Take care, heads up, and look for Birthday and Christmas packages soon.

Matt...You ARE da man!!! SO good to see you. Nice moustache. Snickers and I are enjoying our long walks around the neighborhood. Your son is so precious! And, your wife is doing a wonderful job of caring for him. Keep yourself and your collegues safe. I'm so very proud of you!!!

Good to hear from you Matt! Sounds like you've been out and about a lot, which I know suits you well. Your new room looks much nicer than your old one, so I'm sure that makes being on post even better. Take care, and happy Veteran's Day!

Nice update Matt. Sounds like you are pretty darn busy. At least you have a nice room to return to when your days come to an end. Take care and be safe

No offense, Dad, but we try not to use phrases like, "days come to an end," while Matt is in Iraq! :)

It's good to see you post Matt. Love ya baby!

Looks like a nice room. All Bengalled-up. I'm glad you have something nice to come "home" to until your back where you belong. Got to go, your son is calling.
Love ya, mom
