Today was Casey's 1st birthday. We went to swim class this morning. The whole class sang to him and his teacher brought him a cupcake and candle (I helped him blow it out). We also brought cupcakes for the whole class and for the class of older kids (that's only fair). It was a nice way to celebrate his birthday on a weekday.
When we got home I gave Casey his first WHOLE cupcake. He had no problem devouring the entire thing...there was nothing left.
We are having his party on Saturday. We are keeping it low key with just family but it will still be fun. I'm sure I will get even more good cake photos.
